The Chemistry Department at Buffalo State is dedicated to preparing students for careers in chemistry, forensic chemistry, and secondary education, or for continuing education at the graduate level. Chemistry majors are prepared for careers as chemists in industrial or governmental laboratories, or in areas of environmental of forensic chemistry.
